During the recent ICNY 2017 Conference, we asked Contactually what’s new for 2017.
They’re focusing on merging new technologies with old school proven marketing methods. Contactually continues with keeping their CRM system simple, user friendly, and fast, while encouraging their users to follow up with the leads offline.
Casey Monaghan stresses that, “The Best CRM is the one you are going to use.” He knows by streamlining the system without over burdening it with too many frivolous bonus features, agents are more likely to keep using their CRM system. This year they’ve launched a hand written cards program because, “everyone loves to receive mail, as long as it’s not a bill”.
They’re also increasing real estate team functionality which is music to our ears as the number of real estate teams keeps increasing.
