Chris Sauerzopf wants to put a more personal touch on the home buying process. With his new platform SocialMLS, he is helping sellers inform buyers about the homes that they have grown to know and love in a way that an agent might not be able to. By automating messages to Facebook, agents are able to help their listings gain exposure in a more personalized way through their sellers. We got to touch base with Chris at a recent conference and asked him to explain the benefits of using his platform to keep a seller involved in their listings.
